Customer

Should provide: commission type, references, and any specific notes such as: pose/composition, color palette, backgrounds, text, etc.
After exchanging and confirming details of order, customer must pay 50% of total price upfront.

Artist

Final product will be sent as a .png file at original size with a hidden watermark.
All work is digital, WIPs and updates will be sent regularly for feedback. Major edits can be made during sketching process only.
Completion time varies based on order.

Payment

All payments are made via PayPal or Ko-fi.
Cost is calculated using the basic listed price, but can change on basis of complexity.
No refunds unless the order is cancelled by the artist.
Payment is made 50% upfront and 50% after final submission.

Use Policy

FINAL commissioned piece is for personal use only. Includes but is not limited to: profile pictures, banners, personal printing, etc. Use with artist credit. Customer may not use progress WIPs.
CUSTOMER MAY NOT USE COMMISSIONED WORK FOR THE FOLLOWING: AI training, commercial or promotional use, NFTs.
Artist may post and display any commissioned work in portfolio. If commercial use is desired, client permission will be requested first.

ARTIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE OR DROP AN ORDER AT ANY STAGE OF THE PROCESS FOR ANY REASON.
